Shipping

All orders are packed with a lot of care and are typically processed within 3 business days  and take about 5-7 business days to arrive with the exception of artisan and made to order products. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. When your order is on its way, you will receive an e-mail notification with live tracking details. Exceptions to this policy include pre-orders and made to order items that may take slightly longer to ship.

When shipping to addresses outside of Canada, the customer will be responsible for any import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges.
